You do not have to be a resident of The Villages to participate in this Rainbow Family Business Expo. We are trying to be more inclusive and welcoming to our LGBTQ area community.
We do, however, have to abide by the rules set forth by The Villages for events held by all sanctioned clubs within The Villages. We will make sure that everyone is informed of the rules pertaining to this event.
We have chosen a Saturday in February when most of our "snow birds" are back. In addition, we have rented the large room at one of our regional recreation centers to afford us more space than we had at our first Expo.
We will advertise this event via our website and with our regular emails to our community. The main purpose of this event is to showcase our many LGBTQ owned businesses in and around The Villages area. This event will be opened to the public. We encourage our LGBTQ family to bring their neighbors and friends so that they can learn about us and support our businesses.
VENDOR APPLICATION: Below you will find the application for our Rainbow Family Business Expo to be held in February 2014. We will begin to accept applications on December 1, 2013 and the final day to make application will be February 1, 2014. We anticipate this event to fill up fast so we suggest that you get your application in early.
ADMISSION: Admission to vendors will be on a "first come first serve basis".
COST: Cost: $25 per space. Limited to 2 spaces per business. Space will include a 6 foot long table and 2 chairs. Bring your own cover for your table. Use of any kind of tape on the tables is prohibited. Nothing can be attached to the walls. Space to be left exactly as it was when you arrived. There will be trash bins around the room.

Applications are not completed until the application fee has been paid. Make your check out to "Rainbow Club." You will be notified of your acceptance via email.
NOTHING WILL BE SOLD AT THIS EVENT: You may have free items on your table.

YOUR ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: Vendors who leave prior to the end of the event at 1:00 pm will not be invited to participate in any future Rainbow Family Business Expo. Set up time for all vendors will be 10 am. All vendors should be ready for the doors to open at 10:30 am.
